Description

Stainless steel screws of grade A4 offer very high corrosion resistance and are therefore used in environments with a high risk of corrosive exposure, such as acids, chlorides, and salts. Their use is recommended, for example, in coastal areas. Compared to grade A2 screws, however, they exhibit lower mechanical strength. For grade A4 screws, careful pre-drilling of both decking boards and supporting joists is recommended.
The screw shank features a double thread, and the head is equipped with a Torx 25 drive, ensuring very firm and stable bit engagement.

Installation of wooden decks, carpenters, joiners, roofers, manufacturers of prefabricated components for timber constructions, façade cladding, balconies, fences, playground equipment, etc.
Especially suitable for screwing into hardwood.

Installation Information

Screws with a drill point are not intended for use with wall plugs.
Pre-drilling of holes, including countersinking for the screw heads, is recommended.
The screws are intended for installations in environments with a risk of exposure to acids, chlorides, or highly saline conditions, such as coastal areas. If higher mechanical strength is required, consider using grade A2 screws instead.
