Authentic appearance of exotic hardwood

Fiberon Novus was designed with a strong focus on achieving the most faithful imitation of natural tropical hardwoods. It delivers a perfect harmony between natural aesthetics and modern technology. Each board is engineered to closely replicate the beauty of exotic hardwoods without demanding maintenance or compromises. It stands out with a deeply realistic wood texture, natural tonal variation between individual boards, and a unique grain pattern with no repetitive design. The elegant matte finish eliminates any plastic-like appearance and enhances the exceptionally authentic character of the entire deck. The result is a premium surface that looks and feels naturally refined from every angle.

Fused Composite Decking™ – next-generation composite decking

Fiberon Novus uses a completely new Fused Composite technology, where the composite core and the protective layer are permanently bonded during the manufacturing process itself. This results in higher mechanical strength, a significantly harder surface, and improved resistance to scratches and everyday wear. The technology also ensures greater dimensional stability and contributes to an exceptionally long service life of the entire decking system.

Unlike standard capped composites, the protective layer is not just a thin plastic film, but an integral, structurally bonded part of the board itself.

Thermoset Shell Technology™

Fiberon Novus surface is protected by a specialized thermoset layer that significantly enhances resistance to UV exposure, staining, scratching, and everyday wear. At the same time, it improves slip resistance and provides reliable protection against rain, sunlight, and other weather conditions. Thanks to thermoset polymer technology, the surface remains exceptionally stable and hard after curing, as it does not soften under heat like conventional materials.

Material composition

Fiberon Novus uses a modern hybrid composite structure combining recycled polymers, natural wood fibers, UV stabilizers, premium pigments, and an advanced thermoset protective layer. Thanks to this technology, it delivers significantly higher performance than standard PE WPC decking and, in its properties, approaches high-end polymer systems. The result is decking with exceptional durability, long service life, and a premium appearance without compromise.

Slip-resistant surface
