Barlinek flooring, made from real wood, is a natural and elegant product. Wooden floors are healthier and far more durable than artificial imitations. For underfloor heating

Not every wooden floor is suitable for underfloor heating. Thanks to its layered structure, Barlinec flooring conducts heat excellently and can be successfully used with underfloor heating – both electric and hydronic. This is one of its advantages over solid wood floors. The flooring can be laid over underfloor heating in both ways: as a floating floor or by gluing the planks to the subfloor.

Stable construction

Wood has a natural tendency to change dimensions in response to weather conditions throughout the different seasons. It swells in high humidity and shrinks in low humidity. This is why traditional solid wood floors sometimes swell, creak or dry out, causing gaps to form. Compared to solid wood floors, Barlinec flooring has approximately 10 times greater dimensional stability! It is made from three layers of wood glued in a cross-laminated pattern. This construction significantly reduces the natural movement of the wood, ensures a balance between the individual layers and thus guarantees high stability of the floor even under changing temperature and humidity conditions.
